Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 2:26 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to review the Federal Communications Commission's indecency policy, which the Second Circuit ruled last year was unconstitutionally vague and a threat to free speech.
The high court granted the FCC's petition for certiorari to consider whether the FCC indecency enforcement regime violates the First or Fifth amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
