Google, Others Back Fed. Circ. Joint Infringement Rulings

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 1:55 PM ET) -- Google Inc. and other tech companies urged the full Federal Circuit on Monday to uphold earlier panel decisions to dismiss patent suits from McKesson Technologies Inc. and Akamai Technologies Inc., arguing that entities that perform some — but not all — steps in a method claim haven't committed infringement.
