Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 5:39 PM ET) -- After the U.S. Supreme Court struck down its earlier ruling, the Third Circuit decided Wednesday that Verizon Wireless could force two consumers to individually arbitrate a contract dispute over allegedly unlawful rate increases because they signed class arbitration waivers.
