6th Circ. Affirms Toss Of Generic Drug Labeling Suits

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 6:51 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit on Thursday upheld the dismissal of three suits bringing state failure-to-warn claims related to generic versions of heartburn medication Reglan against Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. and others, citing the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision in Pliva Inc. v. Mensing.
