Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 5:15 PM ET) -- Media reform group Free Press filed a petition Wednesday in the First Circuit seeking review of the Federal Communications Commission's recently published net neutrality rules, arguing they don't go far enough to preserve openness for mobile broadband.
The group, which says it is dedicated to promoting independent media ownership and universal access to communications, is challenging the differences in the proposed rules for wired and wireless Internet access.
