Pharmacies Turned Away By High Court In W.Va. Drug Suit

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 4:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up an appeal by six national pharmacies, including Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and CVS Pharmacy Inc., that had battled to move West Virginia’s drug cost lawsuit against them into federal court under the Class Action Fairness Act.
