Kia Can't Duck $5.6M Faulty Brake Damages: Pa. High Court

Law360, New York (December 05, 2011, 7:54 PM ET) -- Kia Motors America Inc. on Friday lost a bid to overturn a $5.6 million judgment against it in a class action over allegedly faulty brake systems when Pennsylvania's Supreme Court affirmed the lower court's class certification and damages award.
