Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 6:26 PM ET) -- Texas-based medical device provider Access MediQuip LLC urged the Fifth Circuit on Tuesday not to rehear en banc a case alleging a UnitedHealth Group Inc. unit improperly refused to reimburse Access for services provided under employee retirement plans administered by UnitedHealth.
