Bathroom Camera Counts As Privacy Invasion: Iowa Court

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 4:55 PM ET) -- Iowa’s high court on Friday upheld the revival of a pair of suits over an insurance agent’s attempt to videotape his assistants’ activities in the bathroom, ruling that the mere placement of an operable camera was sufficient to support an invasion of privacy claim.
