'South Park' Copyright Suit Nixed Too Early, 7th Circ. Hears

Law360, Chicago (January 17, 2012, 6:53 PM ET) -- A lawyer representing the copyright holder for an online viral music video told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday that a district court had improperly tossed his client's infringement suit based on premature arguments by Viacom International Inc. and other producers of Comedy Central's "South Park."
