Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 3:40 PM ET) -- A Texas water district on Thursday petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Tenth Circuit's dismissal of its lawsuit challenging Oklahoma laws that hinder the water district's efforts to import water from the neighboring state.
The Tarrant Regional Water District, which serves 1.7 million people in north central Texas, has asked the high court to weigh in on a long-running legal dispute with members of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board and Oklahoma Water Conservation Storage Commission.
