Law360, New York (February 21, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has refused to reconsider a ruling that vacated an injunction against Static Control Components’ computer chips matching remanufactured toner cartridges for Lexmark International printers.
The ruling by a three-judge panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati allows Static Control Components to compete against printer maker Lexmark for the remanufactured cartridge business.
