CUNA Retirees Ask High Court To Review Benefits Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 8:32 PM ET) -- A proposed class of former CUNA Mutual Insurance Society employees on Tuesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a Seventh Circuit decision that said the company was within its rights to terminate payments on retirees’ health care costs.
