Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 3:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear an attempt by Michigan and four other states to force the federal government to undertake measures to stop the migration of Asian carp into the Great Lakes.
The high court denied a petition for certiorari from Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.
