Law360, New York (March 23, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- Microsoft has filed an appeal in the patent infringement case brought by Eolas Technologies, seeking to overturn the claim on foreign sales of the Internet Explorer browser.
In court documents filed March 16, Microsoft asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to strike down Eolas' claims for damages based both on Microsoft's U.S. and foreign sales.
