Law360, New York (March 21, 2012, 7:26 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday refused to let Stan Lee Media Inc. pursue the rights to Marvel Enterprises Inc.'s Spider-Man and other intellectual property it purportedly bought from industry icon Stan Lee, saying the company's claims are time-barred.
