Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 7:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal of a Sixth Circuit ruling dismissing three failure-to-warn suits targeting Barr Pharmaceuticals and other drugmakers over generic versions of heartburn medication Reglan.
