PSE&G, Enviros Battle Over $1.2B Power Line Approval

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:43 PM ET) -- New Jersey's utilities regulator improperly gave preference to Public Service Electric & Gas Co. over protecting natural resources when it greenlit a $1.2 billion power line, an attorney for environmental groups appealing the decision argued Wednesday.
