Fla. Appeals Court Remands KPMG Madoff Audit Fight

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:24 PM ET) -- A Florida state appeals court on Wednesday remanded to a trial court KPMG LLP's arbitration request in a dispute over the accounting firm's audit of three funds that invested in Bernard L. Madoff's Ponzi scheme, reversing its earlier decision on the instructions of the Supreme Court.
