Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 7:09 PM ET) -- Fortress Investment Group LLC on Wednesday asked a New York state appeals court to keep alive allegations that Ruskin Moscou Faltischek PC's faulty work helped fraudster Marc Dreier steal $50 million from the investment management firm.
