SC Gov. Haley Didn't Act Against Unions, 4th Circ. Affirms

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 9:45 PM ET) -- The Fourth Circuit on Thursday upheld the dismissal of a suit claiming South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and another official made anti-union statements that launched a policy of enhanced regulatory scrutiny, finding no adverse action had been taken against pro-union forces.
