Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 4:37 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday refused to revive Mount Laurel golf course owner Hal Holding LLC's claims that town ordinances illegally blocked it from subdividing its 175 acres for residential development, saying the developer knowingly agreed to the restrictions more than 50 years ago.
