DHL Contractors Ask High Court To Consider FCA Claims

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 5:20 PM ET) -- Two DHL Express USA Inc. contractors accusing the company of overcharging Florida for fuel costs asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to overturn a Florida appeals court decision that the state False Claims Act allegations were preempted by federal law.
