2nd Circ. Nixes Contractors' Suit Over NYC Labor Pacts

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 9:43 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Friday tossed a suit by two contractor groups claiming their unions were excluded from $5.3 billion in construction projects because they were not part of certain project labor contracts that New York City had used to prehire other unions.
