Google-NSA Communications Can Stay Secret, DC Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 12:44 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday rejected an attempt by the Electronic Privacy Information Center to see communications between the National Security Agency and Google Inc. regarding cybersecurity and the 2010 hacks of Chinese activists’ Gmail accounts.
