Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 8:45 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Tuesday shot down an intrafamily exclusion in supplemental insurance coverage purchased with a car rental, ruling that supplemental policy in the case couldn't limit the basic insurance coverage that came with the rental.
