Law360, New York (May 30, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed a lower court’s decision favoring portable storage maker SmartDisk in a patent lawsuit filed by a smaller rival.
The lawsuit, filed in June 2000, alleged that SmartDisk's Smarty and FlashPath products infringed a U.S. patent asserted by PC Connector Solutions.
