EPA, Sierra Club Spar In DC Circ. Over Emissions Permits

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 3:16 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Sierra Club lodged final briefs with the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday in their fight over permitting standards for particulate matter emissions, which the Sierra Club claims are in violation of the Clean Air Act.
