Law360, New York (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appeals court has shot down the appeal of a transsexual bus driver who alleged her firing by the Utah Transit Authority constituted gender discrimination.
In its decision Thursday, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit said the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah was right to dismiss the suit brought by Krystal Etsitty.
