Goldman Suit Arbitration Would Weaken Title VII, 2nd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 8:47 PM ET) -- The National Employment Lawyers Association and other employee rights groups on Monday urged the Second Circuit not to force arbitration in a sex bias suit against Goldman Sachs & Co., saying that enforcing the firm's arbitration agreement, which precludes class claims, would undermine Title VII.
