Pa. High Court To Revisit $187M Wal-Mart Award

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 8:40 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed on Monday to review the use of "trial by formula" in an appeal of a $187 million award for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employees who were allegedly forced to work off the clock and skip rest and meal breaks.
