Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 7:51 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court said Friday it will decide whether a law firm may recover attorneys' fees for representing itself in a collection action against a former client and whether a lower court erred in applying a 16 percent interest rate on the unpaid balance in the case.
