Medtronic Vows To Appeal $226.3M Verdict

Law360, New York (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Medtronic Inc. on Thursday vowed to appeal a jury verdict ordering the medical device maker to shell out $226.3 million for infringing on a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary's patent for spinal screws.
