Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 4:46 PM ET) -- A 2011 law increasing New Jersey public employees' pension and health benefit contributions runs afoul of a state constitutional ban on reducing the salaries of sitting judges, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in a 3-2 decision.
