1st Circ. Revives Mass. Developer's Gaming Law Challenge

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 9:02 PM ET) -- The First Circuit on Wednesday revived part of a developer's suit challenging the constitutionality of the Massachusetts Gaming Act, which could possibly throw up a roadblock to the Mashpee Wampanoag tribe's plan to build a $500 million casino in southeast Massachusetts.
