Hitachi Asks High Court To Address Deadline For Duty Protests

Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 7:35 PM ET) -- Hitachi Home Electronics Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up its appeal arguing that U.S. Customs and Border Protection must rule on duties protests within the two years prescribed by law, saying the dispute cannot be resolved otherwise.
