Texas Court Nixes Builder's $20M Win In Houston Port Fight

Law360, New York (August 09, 2012, 4:30 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday overturned a $20 million judgment in favor of a contractor in its construction dispute with the Port of Houston Authority, awarding $10 million in attorneys' fees to the agency instead.
