9th Circ. Backs Injunction Against Hotel Co. In Labor Fray

Law360, San Diego (September 06, 2012, 10:55 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday upheld a National Labor Relations Board decision that found an operator of a Honolulu hotel had committed unfair labor practices and affirmed a preliminary injunction requiring the company to bargain with its union.
