NJ High Court To Mull Insurer Denial Of Arbitration Awards

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 6:22 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court is poised to consider when an insurer can fairly reject an arbitration award on a claim for uninsured motorist coverage.
