High Court Gives Kerkorian Appeal Cold Shoulder

Law360, New York (March 18, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal by private investment firm Tracinda Corp. and its executives Kirk Kerkorian and James Aljian, who face a putative class action by investors claiming they were harmed by the executives' alleged insider trading of DaimlerChrysler shares.

The high court declined the case, without comment, on Monday.
