Abbott's Appeal, Deal OK'd In Norvir Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (August 27, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Abbott Laboratories has won approval to seek interlocutory appeal of some contentious antitrust issues that have arisen in one of several suits the company is facing for allegedly jacking up the price of its HIV medication Norvir, paving the way for a proposed settlement upon which the appeal is predicated.
