Law360, New York (November 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. got a second taste of victory after an appeals court upheld a district court ruling that found the fruit product giant did not infringe a raisin maker's patented process of sweetening dried fruits.
On Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed an August 2007 decision in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts granting Ocean Spray's bid for a summary judgment of noninfringement.
