Unusual Issues Snarl High Court Price-Squeeze Suit

Law360, New York (December 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A set of unusual factors has complicated a case to be heard Monday by the U.S. Supreme Court in which Internet service provider linkLine Communications Inc. accuses AT&T Inc. of price-squeezing it out of the digital subscriber line market.
