Fed. Circ. Rulings Shake Up IP Landscape

Law360, New York (March 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has handed down several major rulings this year that could significantly alter the intellectual property landscape, including a decision upholding most of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s controversial rules and another signaling the court’s interest in curbing the resurgence of inequitable conduct claims.
