Lexmark Patents Exhausted In Light Of Quanta: Judge

Law360, New York (April 02, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The federal court overseeing the long-standing patent infringement dispute between Static Control Components Inc. and Lexmark International Inc. over remanufactured printer cartridges has agreed to reverse part of an earlier decision in the case in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's most recent ruling on the first-sale doctrine of patent law.
