6th Circ. Tosses Antitrust Suit V. Equifax

Law360, New York (April 02, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Calling the plaintiff’s key argument “meritless,” a federal appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of an antitrust suit filed by credit information reseller CBC Cos Inc. against Equifax Inc. that accused the agency of abusing its market power and stifling resale competition.
