Law360, New York (September 07, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Generic drug maker Apotex Inc. filed an appeal on Wednesday against the injunction that is prohibiting it from selling generic Plavix until patent litigation with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sanofi-Aventis is resolved.
Apotex appealed the decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit a day after a district court judge denied Apotex’ motion for a stay on the injunction.
