Law360, New York (April 16, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a consolidated group of file-sharing cases brought by record labels including Sony BMG Music Entertainment against music downloaders, many of whom are students, a federal appeals court has reversed a judge's order to allow for a motions hearing to be webcast.
