Law360, New York (April 20, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from a mass torts attorney who was convicted of conspiracy and fraud and sentenced to more than 6 years in prison for his alleged role in millions of dollars worth of fraudulent claims for fen-phen settlement funds.
