Law360, New York (April 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The bankruptcy estate of electronics maker Eagle-Picher Technologies LLC must pay more than $9 million to clean up a former New Mexico factory designated as a Superfund site, a federal appeals court has ruled, despite objections from trustee U.S. Bank NA.
